Welcome to Conversa AI (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our voice, messaging, email automation, scheduling, and AI-powered software and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Conversa AI provides software that enables businesses to manage customer communications through voice agents, email and messaging automation, scheduling tools, and workflow automation. Certain features require third-party integrations or explicit user authorization.

3. Accounts, Roles, and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. Accounts may include role-based access levels such as admin and member.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
  • Admin users may manage organization settings, integrations, and user access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. You must not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Transmit malware, malicious code, or interfere with system operation

5. Google Integrations (Calendar and Gmail)

The Services may offer optional integrations with Google services, including Google Calendar and Gmail. These integrations are enabled only after you explicitly authorize access through Google OAuth.

Google Calendar

If enabled, the Services may read calendar availability and create, update, or delete events solely to perform scheduling actions you initiate.

Google Gmail

If enabled, the Services may retrieve authorized emails, generate AI-assisted draft responses, and create or manage labels to assist with organization and workflow. Drafts are provided for user review and are not sent without user action or configuration.

You may revoke access to Google integrations at any time via your account settings or your Google account permissions.

6. AI Functionality and Output

AI-generated content is provided to assist users and is generated based on user inputs and authorized data. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated outputs before use or delivery.

Google user data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine learning models, and is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Conversa AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing.

9. Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conversa AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully or abusively.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
